By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary or more timely sources. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), but we have no obligation to update any information on our site, except as required by law. You overall agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

Services and Fees

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively through in store purchases only such as assembly and delivery. All furniture ordered on our site are sold in boxes, unassembled. The items ordered are to be picked up in store by the customer and assembled yourselves. Each product includes all individual parts, tools, and instructions needed for assembly. Once your item is ready for pick up, we will send you a confirmation email and/or call. Once that confirmation is sent out, customers are allowed a three-day hold. After three days, a storage fee of $3.00 will be added per day that the item is not picked up. By using our site, you agree to these terms and to pay for the storage fees in the case you surpass the three-day hold limit.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Return Policy

Please carefully review our return policy before making any purchases.  Exceptions will NOT be made.

All sales are final, cancellations and refunds will NOT be accepted. Please review all product information such as measurements and weight capacity to ensure everything tailors to your needs before purchase. If there is a problem with the item(s) purchased upon pickup such as a broken piece, missing hardware, wrong color given, etc. we have a 24-hour exchange policy, meaning that you have 24-hours after receiving your item to request ONLY for an exchange, store gift card, or store credit (for in-store use only). You must also provide a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please attach a photo or video of the defective product along with your copy of your receipt to help us better assess the situation. If your request is accepted, you may bring your item back to our store.

A refund will be automatically issued only if there was a mistake in our inventory and we no longer have the product that was ordered available.

Please remember that we are not responsible if you do not read our terms beforehand, do not read product information before purchasing, do not measure your area where the furniture is to be placed before purchasing, or if you decide to change your mind after purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and/or within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist.


The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to inspect your items and make a request at dealdepotgu@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will not entertain any requests for exchanges for reasons and instances such as:

  • Changed mind about item.

  • Wanting a different color instead.

  • Wanting a different product.

  • Wrong size (all measurements are included in item descriptions)

  • Request was made after 24 hours from pick up.

  • No copy of receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to come in with your items so that we may process the exchange, store gift card, or store credit.
